WHAT WOULD I DO TO IMPROVE HEALTH IN COLOMBIAN SCHOOLS

To improve healthy habits in colombian schools I think that we should stop producing fried products, we should reduce the number of those products by producing them in ovens that do not need oil, we should help fat people with psychologists and special diets, of course with their parents support. Have a daily gentle exercise every morning, becouse I have noticed that in the breaks there is some people that does not excercise and just eats, it would not be bad if they ate healthy food like fruits but what they eat is not good for their health. Have a nutrition class monthly to know what to eat when they are not at the school and know what to eat when you need energy or reduce or increase your weight

My vacations

I went to Bucaramanga to spend the holly week, when I arrived it was hot but I was specting that, on the next day I said hello to all my family that lived there, i went to have lunch and have some rest because felt tired, those days I was hoping to go to the pool and I did, but not as much as I wanted. However some nights I went to play tennis with my brother and my aunt. I did not spend too much time with my grandma but the time that I was with her was very special because we laughed a lot. When we went back to Bogotá I felt sleep as soon as I got in the car, there were a lot of cars but we finally arrived to Bogotá.

ENGLISH CLASS DEBATE

The debate started with the student Eva Vivas making a question, that was. Why are social networks so important in our lives nowdays?. there were a lot of answers by the students but the class was basically divided in two groups. the first thought that it was bad to be that much addicted to social networks and technology. And the second group that thought that there was a big importance of technology nowdays and we had to adapt to adapt to this change.

The second question was, Why is it allowed to post obsene content on internet knowing that there is young people using the internet?. Most of the people from the classroom thought that it was bad , but as a conclusion they thought that as much control and banning that internet and apps can have it is a very huge problem and could not be managed nowdays, probably in the future we will be able to control that kind of content.

It would be an app were you can buy clothes or shoes but modified, i mean, with personal designs or precreated designs but with products from known brands. It would not have a physical store but it would have everything online, as the app grows it would not have more expensive prices, it would have people assisting online by means of a chat. As the app grows it with be able to work with other new brands.

It would have a spece where people would leave their opinion and their designs to have more products and more actualized.

It would be a space for creation and free development.

It would do frequent giveways so it would be more known, and it would give presents to the people that gives more designs to help the app.

It would work with other clothings apps so it gets more famous

My name is Martin Eslava Navarro, i was born in Medellín on august 22nd 2001. My parents are from Matanza, Santander and Aguachica, Cesár. I have a little borther named Juan José, he is 14 years old. my parents are named Jesús and Lucrecia they met at the university and got married a few years later.
the things that i like to do are travel, play, eat and sleep.
the things that i do not like are to do nothing and be bored.
i have studied at gimnasio san angelo for ten years, that is the same time that i have been living in Bogotá becouse before i used to live and study in Bucaramanga, Santander.
